  • Spam or flood the platform with reports
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
  • Use automated systems or bots
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform purposes.

Our Platform

CivicIssue and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting photos, you confirm you have the right to use and share them, and that they don't infringe on others' rights.

5. Issue Reporting Guidelines

Acceptable Issues:

*For emergencies, call local authorities immediately (Police: 100, Fire: 101, Ambulance: 102)

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Review and remove any content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary

Warning System: Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CivicIssue is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Resolution of reported issues
  • Accuracy of user-submitted content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CivicIssue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Important: We are a reporting platform, not a service provider. We do not directly fix issues but facilitate communication with authorities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CivicIssue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
